In terms of learning and experience, A&M is unrivaled as interns are just first-year associates as far as work goes and you get put onto clients where I was completing their tax returns from start to finish and then receiving feedback from the senior associate on my client who happily would work with me one-on-one to help me with more difficult / new types of situations and explain things I was confused about. Its a super welcoming and positive environment where people genuinely enjoy what they do (which I would assume is rare in tax as even I am aware that tax is objectively not exciting)”
