We’re combining hospitality-level service with cutting-edge artificial intelligence to transform a $100B+ industry.
What We’re Looking For
We’re inviting ambitious students and early-career builders to join our Founding Partner Program. This is not a traditional internship or job — it’s a partner/founder-style opportunity to step into a C-level track (COO, CMO, CTO/AI, CFO) and co-create Maidly.ai alongside seasoned founders and a board of directors.
These roles start as equity-based partnerships where you become a co-builder in the company. As Maidly.ai reaches milestones and scales, partners may transition into salaried leadership positions while continuing to hold equity.

What You’ll Do
Join as a builder-owner, not just a contributor.
Ship weekly deliverables (features, campaigns, models, or designs).
Publish “Build Logs” that document your work on our site.
Demo live to the founder and leadership at Friday showcases.
