About the Role:
We’re looking for a bright and organized Operations Intern to support our founder and help manage operations, creative projects, and day-to-day activities. You’ll assist with coordinating events, scheduling, content collaborations, and project planning — all while learning how a fast-moving tech startup really works.
This role is ideal for someone who’s entrepreneurial, adaptable, and excited about artificial intelligence, media, and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Help plan and coordinate events, travel, and special projects
- Assist in creative initiatives such as UGC campaigns or AI demo videos
- Communicate with partners, creators, and vendors professionally
- Support the founder with scheduling, communication, and organization
- Anticipate tasks or needs and keep projects on track
- Contribute to operations and branding projects as needed

Details:
- Located in Irvine, CA with some hybrid flexibility (in-office presence preferred)
- Part-time, 20–25 hours per week
- Paid internship: $23–$28/hour
- Start ASAP
