Job description  

Our Advisory Prep Program provides a collaborative environment where you’ll acquire the skills, knowledge, and network to prepare for a career in Investment Banking. ​

This is an opportunity to learn about our Firm, dive into our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion journey, and engage with our women, ethnically diverse, LGBTQ+, and broader PWP communities. Students from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

You will enhance your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills through a virtual workshop while interacting with PWP bankers at all levels to build your network at our in-person insight days. ​

Virtual Skills Training: January 3

The Virtual Skills Training Workshop will provide you with an opportunity to learn about our Firm and the role of an Investment Banking Analyst, learn how to pitch yourself, and prepare you for technical interviews.

In-Person Insight Days: January 7 and 8

The In-Person Insight Days will allow you to connect with our various communities of bankers across all levels, including our women, ethnically diverse, LGBTQ+, and broader PWP communities. You can expect to get an inside look to who we are as a Firm, immerse yourself in our culture, and engage with our industry groups. Note: participants will choose to attend one of the available Insight Days.

January 7: Women’s Networking Forum

January 8: LGBTQ+, Ethnically Diverse & Analyst Networking Forums

Deadline: December 6, 2024

Eligibility: Undergraduate students from all backgrounds graduating between December 2026 – June 2027

 Note: Selected participants should ensure they are available to attend all components of the program prior to applying
